·        Christmas Party was very successful and enjoyable

·        Dues for LCCWLHA due March 31

 

V.                 New Business

·        Motion to approve purchase a crate for the Patriot Daughters $36.00 plus S&H (Funds previously approved) – Motion Passed

·        Guard Schedule available

·        Motion to retaining membership in the Mifflin Guard (Dues were previously paid) – Motion Passed

·        Interest in purchasing insurance for the Unit – Tabled until next meeting and pending further information

·        Newsletter will be sent out ASAP. Heidi & Pam having computer trauma – hope to recover soon.

·        Events:

o       Bentonville, NC – 3^rd Weekend in March (info coming)

o       Summer of 1862, Frederick, MD in August (see book for info)

o       Harrisburg St. Patrick’s Day Parade (more info coming)

o       Conestoga, PA Bicentennial Sat., Sept. 3, 2005 (details to follow)
